Become an Architect of Growth:

As Director of Asset Management, you'll be at the forefront of shaping our investment strategy. You'll lead a high-performing team, overseeing the entire asset management lifecycle – from strategic planning and portfolio optimization to driving sustainable growth and value creation.

Specifically, the Director of Asset Management will manage our assets and achieve investments proformas YoY by overseeing 3rd party property managers, leading initiatives to increase NOI and meet proformas, and executing the assets value-add business plans.

 

Some KPIs for this role will be:

 

• Achieve proforma on all assets

• Successfully implement strategies to increase NOI beyond proforma

• Manage 3rd party PMs and make sure they are engaged and motivated and lower staff turnover

• Implement strategies to maximize cash flow

We're looking for someone who:

 

• Possesses a proven track record of success in asset management, with a demonstrable history of exceeding investment goals.

• Thinks strategically with a data-driven approach, utilizing keen analytical skills to make informed decisions.

• Leads with a collaborative spirit, inspiring and motivating a high-performing team

• Possesses extensive experience managing value-add and core-plus multifamily assets, with a proven track record of success.

• Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and a highly organized approach to work.

• Thrives in a collaborative environment, fostering strong relationships and leading by example.

• Hits the ground running as a self-starter who takes initiative and ownership.

• Holds a Bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of experience as an asset manager.

• Embraces technology and is adept at using relevant tools and software.
